What to do if you cannot sign in or need to reset your password.

Use the Forgot password link on the login page to request a reset email. For security, Boolby shows a neutral response even if the email is not registered.

If you cannot log in:

  1. Make sure your email is verified.
  2. Check that you are using the right email address.
  3. Reset your password.
  4. If 2FA is enabled, enter your authenticator code or a recovery code.
  5. Contact Support if you still cannot access the account.

Do not send your password, 2FA code or recovery codes in a support ticket.
