Message moderation
Messages can be checked for harassment, threats, spam, scams and unsafe content.
Boolby may scan messages with automated tools and human review to detect harassment, threats, scams, spam, external paid-service promotion and other policy violations.
Some unsafe messages are blocked before sending. Other messages may be allowed but flagged for review.
Admins/Owner can inspect relevant message context when needed for reports, safety review or moderation. This access is logged and should only be used for legitimate safety and support reasons.
